Connecting the fixed charging cable

NOTICE

  • Only applicable for models SL110003 and SL110007.
  • Only install the fixed charging cable Ⓚ supplied by We Drive Solar Netherlands B.V.
  • Prevent tripping hazards. After installation, wrap the charging cable around the charging station and place the plug Ⓛ in the plug holder Ⓜ.

To install the fixed charging cable:

  1. Make sure the trim cover Ⓐ and the sealing cover Ⓞ are removed.

    2. See Removing and installing the covers.

  2. Remove the plug holder Ⓜ, the strain-relief clamp ⓑ and the blind plug ⓐ.
  3. Route the fixed charging cable Ⓚ through the strain-relief boot ⓔ, the rubber seal ⓓ and the M25 cable gland ⓒ into the Solar Life (middle cable entry) and the lock nut ⓕ. Lightly tighten the cable gland.

  4. Connect the fixed charging cable Ⓚ electrically to the Solar Life and install the strain-relief clamp ⓐ. Make sure to tighten both screws of the strain relief clamp equally.
  5. Tighten the M25 cable gland ⓑ and install the plug holder Ⓜ.
