Starting and stopping a charging session for Plug & Charge vehicles

Electric vehicles equipped with Plug & Charge (Renault) automatically send the identification to the charge station.

To start and stop a charging session for Plug & Charge vehicles:

  1. Connect the charging cable:
    1. For models with a fixed charging cable Ⓚ, connect the plug Ⓛ to the vehicle.
    2. For models with an outlet Ⓕ, connect the charging cable to the electric vehicle and the outlet.

    The status LED Ⓙ flashes green to indicate the identification is being verified.

  2. When the status LED Ⓙ changes to blue, the verification is completed and the charging or discharging is in progress.

    3. NOTICE The We Drive Solar logo Ⓗ rotates clockwise to indicate charging and counterclockwise to indicate discharging.

  3. To stop the charging session, disconnect the charging cable.
    1. For models with a fixed charging cable Ⓚ, disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle.
    2. For models with an outlet Ⓕ, disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle and the outlet.

    The status LED Ⓙ changes to off.

  4. Store the charging cable:
    1. For models with a fixed charging cable Ⓚ, wrap the charging cable around the charging station and place the plug Ⓛ securely in the plug holder Ⓜ.
    2. For charging stations with an outlet Ⓕ, close the socket cover Ⓖ and store the charging cable in a safe place.
