User roles
There are three types of user accounts, each with a different level of access to the charging station’s management system.

The manufacturer: NOTICE This account is disabled when the product is shipped. |

Service engineer |
The installer: To view and modify settings related to the installation and initial setup (configuration) of the charging station. NOTICE Requires the service login token. |
|
Administrator |
The owner or charge point operator: Full access to the configuration of the charging station. NOTICE The administrator account is not yet activated. |
