What will you do?
As a Process Engineer, you play a key role in optimizing and scaling up our production processes. You develop and improve production lines to ensure we can continue delivering our innovative charging solutions efficiently and at top quality.
You’ll operate daily at the intersection of technology, safety, and process improvement, working closely with engineers and production teams. Your contribution has a direct impact on our growth towards large-scale production.

Your responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and implement production processes for charging stations
- Ensure safety and compliance with high operational standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully translate designs into production
- Initiate cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects (focus on waste reduction and productivity)
- Define and monitor KPIs for continuous process improvement
- Analyze process disruptions and implement sustainable improvements
- Contribute directly to the scale-up towards large-scale production
What do you bring?
- Higher education (HBO/WO) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of process modeling, simulation, and optimization techniques
- Experience in creating process flows, P&IDs, and working with process data
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
