During the fifth Congress on Charging Infrastructure in Arnhem, We Drive Solar was declared the winner of the Dutch Charging Infrastructure Innovation Award. Both the professional jury and the public chose our bi-directional AC charger as the most innovative solution.
This charger allows electric cars not only to charge, but also to feed power back to the grid – simply through a standard AC connection. Combined with smart control, sharing cars and the new Renault 5, this creates a scalable solution for local energy storage.
What this will achieve:
