What will you do?
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing our electric vehicle charging solutions. You ensure that the systems function optimally and have high availability. You do this by working closely with customers, colleagues and external service partners to resolve faults quickly and effectively.
You work in a versatile environment: from office and test lab to workshop or at customer sites. In doing so, you have a key role in ensuring quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- Install and configure charging stations and systems according to specifications.
- Perform functional testing and commissioning.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot both hardware and software failures.
- Provide remote support via monitoring tools.
- Preparation of service and maintenance reports.
- Maintain logs and service history.
- Identify and provide feedback on structural problems to engineering teams.
- Advise customers on optimal use and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product improvements.
What do you bring?
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
- Knowledge of charging infrastructure, electrical installations and network technology.
- Experience with fault diagnosis and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Familiar with safety standards (NEN 3140, NEN 1010).
- Handy with measuring and testing equipment.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols and remote monitoring.
- Driver’s license B and willingness to travel within the region or nationwide.
- Analytical, customer-oriented, independent and stress-resistant.
